TERMS AND CONDITIONS – CMD B.V.
Article 1 – Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
Company: CMD B.V., registered in The Hague, Netherlands.
Consumer: a natural person who is not acting for purposes related to their trade, business, or profession.
Agreement: any agreement concluded via the webshop Deurbelbescherming.nl.
Products: all goods offered via the webshop.
Right of withdrawal: the consumer’s right to cancel the agreement within 30 days.

Article 3 – Applicability
These Terms and Conditions apply to every offer made by CMD B.V. and to every agreement concluded via the webshop Deurbelbescherming.nl.
By placing an order, the consumer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
Article 4 – The offer
All offers are non-binding. CMD B.V. reserves the right to modify or withdraw any offer.
Product images and descriptions are presented as accurately as possible. Obvious errors or mistakes are not binding.
Article 5 – The agreement
The agreement is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and completes the order process.
CMD B.V. confirms the order by email and reserves the right to refuse orders for valid reasons.
Article 6 – Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right to cancel the agreement within 30 days after receiving the product, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, the consumer must notify CMD B.V. within this period via the return form or by email.
During the withdrawal period, the consumer must handle the product and packaging with care.
Returns must be made in accordance with the return instructions on the website.
Article 7 – Costs in case of withdrawal
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer, unless stated otherwise.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt of the returned product or proof of return shipment.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Article 8 – Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may be excluded for products made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
Article 9 – Prices
All prices include VAT.
Obvious pricing or typographical errors are not binding.
Article 10 – Conformity and warranty
CMD B.V. guarantees that the products conform to the agreement and meet reasonable standards of quality.
The warranty is void if the product is used incorrectly, installed improperly, or damaged by the consumer.
Article 11 – Delivery
Orders are shipped from the Netherlands via a fulfilment centre.
Delivery times are estimates. No rights can be derived from delays.
The risk of loss or damage transfers to the consumer upon delivery.
Article 12 – Payment
Payment must be completed during checkout using the available payment methods.
Orders are processed only after successful payment.
The consumer is responsible for providing correct payment information and must report any inaccuracies immediately.
Article 13 – Complaints
Complaints must be submitted within a reasonable time via info@videodoorbellcover.com
CMD B.V. aims to handle complaints within 14 days.
Article 14 – Liability
CMD B.V. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or damages resulting from improper use or installation of the product.
Liability is limited to the amount of the relevant order.
Article 15 – Governing law
All agreements are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
The Vienna Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is excluded.
Article 16 – Force majeure
CMD B.V. is not obliged to fulfil any obligation if prevented from doing so due to force majeure.
Force majeure refers to any external cause beyond the control of CMD B.V.
