You can pay for your order via various payment methods. With all these payment methods , the payment usually comes directly to us.
It is possible that you have not yet completed the payment in full. If you go directly back to the payment overview, you can still pay for your order. Didn’t this work? Then you will receive a payment reminder from us by email within two hours. We will send a second reminder after two days.
Would you rather cancel your order? Then you can ignore the payment reminder, your order will be canceled automatically if you have not paid.
We always send the invoice digitally along with the order confirmation of your order. If you would like to receive a new invoice, you can always contact our customer service. We will gladly send you the invoice again.
Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to the invoice after completing an order. You can enter changes to your personal information in your account during the ordering process. When the order is completed, these are effective immediately.
