Order and delivery
At Deurbelbescherming.nl you can easily place your order in a few steps:
- Select a product and place the product in the shopping cart.
- Go to the shopping cart and click on “proceed to checkout”.
- Enter your address details.
- Choose your preferred payment method and pay for the order.
- Keep an eye on your mailbox, your order is on its way!
Track order status
From the moment you complete the order until the moment your package is handed over to the delivery person, you can keep an eye on the status of your order via PostNL’s track & trace.
Change or cancel order
We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. After your order has been paid, it will be collected, packed and shipped. That is why it is not possible to change or cancel your order after placing and payment. If you have entered the wrong address details, we recommend that you contact our customer service as soon as possible so that we can change your address details.
Please note: we can no longer change the address after the package has been sent to us. You can of course return your order within 30 days.
Have you not paid for the order yet? Then we can of course cancel the order for you. We recommend that you send an e-mail to info@videodoorbellcover.com with your order number and the request to cancel your order.
