You can return your order within 30 days by registering your return via our step-by- step plan.
After your return arrives at our warehouse, we aim to process your return within 48 hours. Due to the crowds at PostNL, it will take longer before we receive your return in our warehouse. After we have processed your return, you will receive the purchase amount within 14 days at the latest.
If the consumer makes use of his right of withdrawal, the costs of return will be for his account at most.
